§ Mr. Proctorasked the Lord President of the Council if he will set out in the Official Report the maximum sums of money payable from public funds to each of the parliamentary opposition parties under the resolution of the House of 20 March 1975, as amended in February 1978 and November 1980, for 1980, 1981 and 1982, the actual sums paid in each case, and the maximum sums of money which would be payable in a full year to each of the parliamentary opposition parties under his recent proposals.
§ Mr. BiffenThe sums payable and paid by way of financial assistance to opposition parties for the calendar years 1980, 1981 and 1982, together with the maximum amounts payable in a full year under the current proposals, are as follows:
