Mr. Bill Walker

asked the Minister for Trade (1) whether an order has been laid before Parliament under section 60(3)(L) of the Civil Aviation Act 1982 in respect of the proposed airway between Edinburgh/Glasgow and Aberdeen;

(2) whether an order has been laid before Parliament under section 60(2)(b) of the Civil Aviation Act 1982 in respect of the proposed airway between Edinburgh/Glasgow and Aberdeen.
