§ Dr. VaughanThe Registrar of Companies will accept accounts in Welsh from companies whose registered office is in Wales provided they are accompanied by an English translation. A limited liability company is afforded a number of privileges, including the protection of its members. But in return it must disclose to the public 133W certain information including accounts. Since accounts must be comprehensible to all likely users a translation is essential.
