asked the Secretary of State for Scotland who are the present members of the Boundary Commission for Scotland; and when they were appointed.

The members of the Boundary Commission for Scotland are as follows:

Mr. Speaker, ex-officio Chairman;

The honourable Lord Ross, Deputy-Chairman—appointed by the Lord President of the Court of Session on 14 January 1977;

Mr. Andrew A. L. Evans—appointed by the Secretary of State for Scotland on 22 April 1976;

Professor Urlan, A. Wannop—appointed by the Secretary of State for Scotland on 6 June 1983.
