I have been asked to reply.
The main expenditure by the European Community specifically on activities concerning disabled people comes from the handicapped budget line on the European social fund. In 1982 this was allocated as follows in the United Kingdom.

In addition, European Community support is given to a variety of activities affecting disabled people from different budget lines, but information on this is not available centrally in the form requested.
