§ Mr. Greville Jannerasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry (1) whether he will introduce legislation to prohibit the change of a company's name before putting that company into liquidation so that the original name may be used to start a new business, with or without a variation thereto;
(2) whether he will introduce legislation to require that creditors of a company to be put into liquidation are informed of the company's previous names as well as of the name used at the date of liquidation.
