§ Mr. Ridley[pursuant to his reply, 28 July 1983]: I can now inform my hon. Friend that my right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer would now like to invite interested parties to submit their comments on vols. 1 and 2 of the report to a joint working group of Inland Revenue and Customs and Excise by 31 December 1983; and on Vol. 3 of the report within three months of the date of its publication.
