asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department, pursuant to his reply to the hon. Member for Liverpool, Riverside on 26 July, if he will now keep separate immigration figures from North and South Korea; and if he will make a statement.

The detail of the breakdown by country in statistics of immigration control depends upon the value of the information and the resources required to provide it. Consideration is being giver, to revisions of this breakdown and the hon. Member's views will be borne in mind.
