§ Mr. John PattenThe East Hertfordshire health authority has submitted a proposal for a special medical development to provide homely care for psychogeriatric patients in the district. My noble Friend has also received a letter from my hon. Friend the Member for Hertfordshire, North (Mr. Stewart) about psychogeriatric services in north Hertfordshire.
