§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeI understand that the Shropshire health authority and the West Midlands regional health authority have now agreed proposals for meeting the running costs of the proposed new hospital at Telford and that the region will soon be submitting those proposals requesting approval to invite tenders. Ministers will consider any such request as quickly as possible.
