England Vote: Al New construction and improvements; A2 Preparation and supervision; A3 Maintenance, showing structural maintenance separately; A4 Restrospective compensation; AZ Appropriations in aid; B Road safety; C Roads: other expenditure; D Other grants and loans, showing in each case the provision made in the 1982–83 Supply Estimates and the percentage difference.
