§ Mr. MellorThe recently published White Paper "Scientific Procedures on Living Animals", (Cmnd. 8883) which sets out the Government's proposals for updating the existing legislation, concludes with a general invitation to interested organisations or individuals to comment on the proposals. A number have already done so.
