§ Dr. BoysonIt is one of the purposes of inquiries carried out by the policy inspectorate to examine the efficacy of existing procedures for the administration of benefits. It is therefore in the nature of things that such inquiries may bring to light cases of underpayment — and, indeed, also of overpayment—of benefit from time to time.
