§ Mrs. ChalkerAs the report adopted by the European Parliament on 10 June 1983 recognises, a decision in principle by the British and French Governments on the case for a fixed Channel link must await the report of the Anglo/French banking group. It is now studying the financial feasibility of the numerous schemes under consideration.
