§ Mr. Nicholas EdwardsUnder the Welsh Development Agency's latest advance factory programme, which I announced on 20 April, a number of small units will be built at Fishguard. These should provide a welcome stimulus to small business development in the area. Future WDA building programmes can also be expected to take full account of the demand in the area for additional factory space.
