§ The Prime MinisterThe Health and Safety Executive, which reports to the Secretary of State for Employment, is responsible for the collation of such data in so far as it relates to accidents occurring at a place of work. Data on road accidents are collected by the Department of Transport and include details of those involving truck drivers.
