§ Mr. OnslowDiscussions among the Ten on this subject are continuing. They have not yet reached the point where anything can be added to my right hon. Friend's reply of 15 December, but we hope that we shall succeed in defining a number of areas where co-operation among the embassies of the Ten in third countries can profitably be strenghtened.
