§ Mr. MacGregorOur economic and fiscal policies are designed to encourage the developments to which my hon. Friend refers. Investors in new premises may be eligible for the industrial buildings allowance, increased under this Government, and financial assistance is available under the Industry Act. The specific 100 per cent. IBA for new and converted small workship units has tripled the supply of small premises since its introduction.
