§ The Prime MinisterNo. Those invalided from the armed forces by reason of their service and the dependants of those killed are eligible for awards from the Department of Health and Social Security and from the Ministry of Defence. Payments may also be made to injured servicemen and to dependants from the South Atlantic fund.
