§ Mr. Wolfsonasked the Minister for Trade what estimates he can make of the current value of (a) the total funding and (b) the assistance by way of accommodation, facilities and services, provided by local authorities to their local citizens advice bureaux.
§ Dr. VaughanThe total value of grants from local authorities to bureaux in the current financial year is estimated by the National Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux to have been around £10 million. Separate estimates for assistance in cash and in kind are not readily available.
