§ Mr. Hannamasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science when he intends to lay regulations as to the requirements to be met by maintained and non-maintained special schools and independent schools under sections 11, 12 and 13 of the Education Act 1981.
§ Dr. BoysonMy right hon. Friend intends to make regulations on these subjects as soon as possible, subject to the need for consultation with representatives of interested parties.
