§ Mr. Dalyellasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will provide funds to the Falkland Islands to pay for an adequate number of teachers.
§ Mr. RaisonAt present some 20 education staff employed by the Falkland Islands Government have their salaries supplemented under the overseas service aid scheme. These arrangements can be extended to further posts if the Falkland Islands Government so requests.
