§ Mr. EyreThe form of our final guidance on protected levels of expenditure will be what is appropriate when the Bill has concluded its parliamentary stages. The basis will be the TPP submissions of the authorities concerned, 175W together with all the other relevant available information including that which authorities are currently making available to us.
