§ Mr. Wyn RobertsThe reasons for the joint decision by the Secretary of State for Wales and the Secretary of State for the Environment were set out fully in the decision letter of 13 December 1982. Detailed terms must now be agreed between the two authorities. Meanwhile, meetings with hon. Members would be inappropriate.
