§ Mrs. FennerThere are no European Community regulations about the export of racing pigeons. However, 247W our domestic rules require pigeon racing bodies to seek export certificates to permit their birds to enter France before return to this country. Under this procedure export certificates may be granted in the light of our assessment of the possible disease risk.
