§ Mr. Bill Walkerasked the Secretary of State for Scotland when the report of the review into selected operating and administrative activities of the North of Scotland Hydro-Electric Board will be published.
§ Mr. YoungerThe report has been published today and copies have been placed in the Library. The management consultants who carried out the review find that the board has been performing well in most aspects of the work investigated. Their findings will now require detailed study, and I have asked the board to report on its proposals to implement those findings in three months' time.
