§ Dr. BoysonA decision on the authority's proposals to cease to maintain Bilston sixth form centre will be announced as soon as possible. The establishment of a tertiary college does not require my right hon. Friend's approval under section 12 of the Education Act 1980 as it would be a further education institution.
