§ Mr. LawsonNovember's fall in adult seasonally adjusted unemployment was the third fall in the last four months. In addition, the number of people in jobs rose in the second quarter for the first time since the recession began, vacancies are on an upward trend, short-time working is at its lowest level for four years, and overtime is increasing.
