Member for Tatton on Thursday 15 December, Official Report, c. 529, if he will list the organisations and individuals that have expressed concern to Government Departments at the potential effect on the environment of the proposed relaxation of the present ban on advertising by captive balloons;
(2) further to his reply to the hon. Member for Tatton on Thursday 15 December, Official Report, c. 529,if he will list the organisations and individuals that have complained to Government Departments about actual cases of advertising by means of captive balloons.
