asked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry on how many occasions the radio interference service of British Telecom, acting on his behalf, has instituted prosecutions of persons abusing citizens band radio channels by broadcasting offensive or indecent messages.

Mr. Alexander Fletcher: It is not possible to distinguish, from records held centrally, which prosecutions for unlicenced use of the legal CB radio channels related to the sending of offensive or indecent messages.
