§ Mrs. ChalkerThe transport and road research laboratory has undertaken a number of studies into the effectiveness of different types of conspicuity aids. in recent years. These studies have used a variety of research techniques, including the analysis of evidence drawn from accident reports. This work will continue, but there is no current plan to mount a large scale study of accidents specifically on this problem.
