§ Mr. Neil Hamiltonasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will compile a list of local authorities that have entered into arrangements with trade unions whereby the authorities have agreed not to put out to tender for a minimum specified period in excess of one year the provision of some or any of their services; and if he will place the list in the Library in such a form that the nature of each authority's agreement is indicated.
