§ Mr. Terry Davisasked the Secretary of State for Social Services, pursuant to the answer of the Under-Secretary of State, Official Report, 25 July, c. 351, whether he will list in the Official Report the names of those non-governmental organisations which will be consulted in preparing the contribution of Her Majesty's Government to the proceedings of the international population conference to be held in Mexico City in August 1984.
§ Mr. John Patten[pursuant to his reply, 8 December 1983, c. 230]: The draft working documents mentioned in the answer on 25 July have not yet been received: they are due to be tabled for the meeting in January of the United Nations preparatory committee for the conference. The list of non-governmental organisations to be consulted will not be drawn up until after the preparatory committee has met. However, if the hon. Member wishes to suggest that a particular organisation should be consulted, perhaps he would let me know and I shall be glad to arrange for this to be considered.
