Member for East Lothian on Tuesday 6 December, Official Report, c. 140, what happened to the addressed labels produced at East Kilbride on 17 May 1983; and if he will identify the mailing contractor concerned.
§ Dr. BoysonOn 17 May 1983, Inland Revenue at East Kilbride dispatched the addressed labels, in four parcels, to the mailing contractor, who states that he did not receive them. The matter is under negotiation in commercial confidence and nothing more can be said at this stage.
