§ Mr. Buchanan-SmithThe cost of the council for the period 1 April 1982 to 31 March 1983 to November 1983 was £62,000. The cost over the period 1 April 1983 is estimated to have been £40,000. The council submitted its fifth general report to my right hon. Friend on 10 October, and this will be published on 14 December. No other reports have been published during the period in question.
