§ Mr. Roger Kingasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many summonses for excessive speed were issued in the years 1981 and 1982 against (i) public service vehicle drivers, (ii) heavy goods vehicle drivers and (iii) private motorists in respect of alleged offences on the MI (a) in Northamptonshire and (b) in Bedfordshire.
