§ Mrs. Renée Shortasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry what will be the cost of the community alarm scheme when British Telecom is taken out of public ownership to users (a) without telephones and (b) with telephones.
§ Mr. ButcherI understand that the community alarm scheme is run by Wolverhampton metropolitan council. It will be for the council to negotiate terms with British Telecom and others involved.
