§ Sir George YoungNone. Shipping arrangements are the responsibility of the contractor, the Laing-Mowlem-Amey Roadstone construction joint venture. The Merchant Providence is in position in the Falklands and will provide an offloading facility during the period of construction of the new Mount Pleasant airfield.
