§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeHealth authority members have a duty under regulations to disclose any pecuniary interest, direct or indirect, in any contract, proposed contract or other matters under consideration by their authorities. There is therefore no need for special arrangements for those who are associated with private hospitals.
