§ Mr. Dubsasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he is yet able to say when he expects to reach a decision on the restructuring of the Property Services Agency and on potential staffing implications.
§ Sir George YoungMy right hon. Friend has decided to proceed with the development of proposals for the restructuring of the Property Services Agency on the basis of a reduction from three to two tiers in the agency's regional structure and the separation of defence and civil work into two organisations. Further work is now in hand to assess the detailed implications and to draw up the necessary implementation programme on the basis of implementation by 1 April 1984.
