Q13. Mr. Ron Brown(Leith) asked the Prime Minister if she will make representations to the United States and South Korean Governments calling for the removal of the wall dividing North and South Korea.
§ The Prime MinisterThere is no wall dividing North and South Korea, although there is a demilitarised zone some 4,000 metres wide. While the goal of the peaceful 379W reunification of Korea has been consistently supported by Her Majesty's Government, the obstacles to it do not lie in the United States or in South Korea.
