§ Mr. BrittanI refer my hon. Friend to the measures described in my right hon. and learned Friend the Chancellor's Budget statement on 15 March. The case for any further increases in capital expenditure will be considered, along with other proposals for expenditure, in the 1983 public expenditure survey.
