§ Mr. David HowellI give my approval on 5 July 1982 to a scheme made by the Railways Board under section 2 of the 1981 Act to transfer the harbour assets from Sealink UK Ltd. to its subsidiary company Sealink Harbours Ltd. The transfer took place on 11 July 1982.
