§ Lord James Douglas-Hamiltonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what action he proposes to take on the Scottish Law Commission's report on the law of incest in Scotland.
§ Mr. YoungerI received the Law Commission's report at the end of 1981, and have received a number of comments upon it. The Government have, however, no immediate plans for legislation on this subject, on which many Members have deeply held convictions which might more appropriately be considered in the context of a private Member's Bill.
