§ Mr. Alfred Morrisasked the Secretary of State for Social Services, pursuant to the reply of 25 February, Official Report, c. 565, if, in order to monitor and assess the effectiveness of education and publicity expenditure aimed at countering discrimination against disabled people, he will take steps to identify the elements of such 441W expenditure made by his Department either directly or through other statutory authorities and voluntary organisations concerned with the disabled; and if he will make a statement.
