§ Mr. RifkindMy right hon. Friend has no immediate plans for an early meeting, with Mr. Hayden, but, as he said in his message of congratulation to him on his appointment, he looks forward to working with him and hopes that they will have a chance of meeting soon. He further expressed a hope that they can keep in the closest touch over the many problems in which our countries have a common interest.
