§ Sir George YoungOnly part, of the building is leased by the Crown. Some of that space has in turn been sublet to other tenants. On 3 March, of the space held for Government Departments, 33 rooms and offices were occupied and 66 empty as part of the planned reduction in space occupied by the Department of the Environment. the vacant space is to be occupied shortly by other Government Departments. Its annual estimated cost is £220,000.
