Mr. Ron Brown(Leith) asked the Secretary of State for Education and Science whether he is satisfied that the London borough of Bexley met the requirements of section 12 of the Education Act 1980 before announcing the closure of Hillview school, Welling, Kent, and the amalgamation of facilities with Westwood school.
