§ Mr. Kenneth Clarke:Mr. Bowskill has been seconded to an NHS psychiatric hospital, in a lower grade than the one he previously held, for a period of not less than one year, at the end of which the question of his future employment by the Department will be decided, taking account of the judgment and recommendation of his professional supervisors.
