§ Mr. Eldon Griffithsasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if, in the course of his consultations on reform of the rating system, he has considered any proposals to rate agricultural buildings, including those used for the breeding of racehorses.
§ Mr. King:Among the many representations we have received in the course of the present review of domestic rates were several proposals for re-rating agricultural buildings. All the representations we received are being given careful consideration. However, none of the representations made referred specifically to the question of rating buildings used for the breeding of racehorses.
